Adam Gilchrist – vs Sri Lanka, final of the 2007 World Cup
Adam Gilchrist had a special ability to score in large games, one of those blows came in the 2007 World Cup final. While opening the tickets against Sri Lanka, the left -handed accumulated 149 in just 104 balls, including 13 limits and eight maximums, at an attack rate of 143.27.

But Head maintained his composure and wove a magnificent blow of 137 races to guide Australia to another title in front of a crowd of full Ahmedabad. He won the game player award for his wonderful ton, and this blow is easily among the best played in Crick’s history, considering the situation of the game, the quality of the attack and the pressure of the crowd.
