It was a special season for them when they arrived at the playoffs after 11 years.

Punjab Kings (PBKS) could not win its first Premier League trophy of India (IPL), since they lost to the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the final of the IPL 2025 season. Even so, it was a special season for them, since they reached the playoffs after 11 years and reached the final under the captain of Shreyas Iyer.

The season began well with a victory over Gujarat Titans and ended at the top of the points table with 19 points of nine wins. One of his matches did not have a result. They lost to RCB in the first qualifier, but they returned strongly by persecuting 204 against the Mumbai Indians to enter the final.

Prabhsimran Singh had one of his best seasons with the bat in the IPL. He scored 549 races in 17 games at an average of 32.29 and an attack rate of 160.52. He also hit four media centuries.

Priyansh Arya – 7/10

Priyansh Arya emerged as a new brilliant talent for India in this IPL season. Representing Punjab Kings, played the 17 games and impressed with 475 races in their first season. He scored an average of 27.94 and a strike rate of 179.24, which included a century and two media centers.

Josh Ingis – 6/10

Josh Inglis lost some games at the beginning, but went to play 11 games in total. He scored 278 races at an average of 30.88 and an attack rate of 162.57. He hit half a century and played some important cameos for the team.

Nehal Wadhera – 6/10

Nehal Wadhera scored 369 races in 15 entries with an average of 30.75 and an attack rate of 145.84. He had a decent season with the bat, but Punjab Kings will wait for even better performances from him in the next season.

Marcus Stainis 5/10

Marcus Stainis hit the order below this season and scored 160 races in 11 tickets. He averaged 26.66 and had a strong attack rate of 186.04.

Glenn Maxwell had a very disappointing season. He scored only 48 races in six tickets and took only four WICKETS. In general, it was a poor season for him. He was later discarded due to an injury.

Shank Singh – 7/10

AZMATULLAH OMARZAI – 5/10

Azmatullah Omarzai took eight WICKETS in nine games this season with an economy rate of 10.33. He hit too low in the order and managed to score only 57 races in five entries.

Suryansh Shedge – 2/10

Suryansh Sedge played five games for Punjab Kings this season. He hit three entries below the order and scored only seven races.

Arshdeep Singh – 8/10

Arshdeep Singh was the highest Wickt-Stomator for Punjab Kings this season. He took 21 WICKETS in 16 entries with a decent economy rate of 8.88.

Yuzvendra Chahal – 6/10

Yuzvendra Chahal took 16 wickts in the 13 tickets he launched this season. Its economy rate was 9.55, with the best figures of 4 for 28. This was its lowest WICKET account in the last seven seasons.

Xavier Bartlett – 3/10

Xavier Bartlett played four games this season and managed to take only two WICKETS.

Yash Thakur – 3/10

Yash Thakur played two games this season and took a wickt.

Kyle Jamieson – 5/10

Kyle Jamieson entered as a replacement for Lockie Ferguson, who was discarded due to an injury. Jamieson played four games, took five wickts and had an economy rate of 9.80.

Vyshak Vijaykumar – 5/10

Vijaykumar Vyshak played five games this season. He took four wickts and had an economy rate of 10.64. It was launched mainly in the overvalists.
