KKR management to take some time before deciding on captaincy
When KKR CEO Venky Mysore was asked about the possibility of Ajinkya Rahane becoming the new captain following the departure of Shreyas Iyer, he mentioned that the management will take its time to evaluate all the factors before taking a decision. final decision.

KKR also has the option of making Venkatesh Iyer captain as he was bought for a hefty amount of INR 23.75 crore. Iyer expressed that he would be more than happy to take up the challenge of captaincy.
