His 94 races hit reached an attack rate of 195.83 and included nine four and five six.

Ayush Mhatre by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) played a brilliant blow against the Royal Bengaluru (RCB) challenges and showed that it could be a rising star in the Cricket T20, gaining praise of the Mumbai Indians (Mi) Star Suryakumar Yadav and the CSK Stephen Fleming coach. With only 17 years, Mhatre already looks like a complete T20 batter. It plays elegant shots throughout the ground and has the necessary power in the modern Cricket.

Mhatre becomes the third youngest player in IPL to score a fifty

On Saturday, he took his game to another level scoring 94 races only 48 balls against RCB. With those entries, he became the third youngest player to reach a fifty story in the history of the Premier League (IPL) of India. Although CSK did not win the game, his performance stood out and showed that the team has a brilliant talent for the future. In a season in which not much has gone well for CSK, Mhatre has been one of the few positive.

He reached the replacement of Captain Ruturaj Gaikwad, who was discarded at the beginning of the season due to an elbow injury. Mhatre made his debut in IPL in the match against the Mumbai Indians, where he scored 32 races of 15 balls. In the next game against Sunrisers Hyderabad, he scored 30 of 19 balls. His 94 races hit reached an attack rate of 195.83 and included nine four and five six.

Although it has only been part of the CSK team for about a month, Mhatre has established himself well and has had a strong impact despite his young age.

He said he was full of intention, courage and fire, and called Mhatre the future while telling everyone to remember his name. They have played together for Mumbai in the Domestic Cricket, so Surya knows how talented Mhatre is.

Fleming impressed by Mhatre’s quiet and aggressive approach

CSK chief coach Stephen Fleming praised Ayush Mhatre after his match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. He said that Mhatre has natural talent, good coordination of hands and eye, a soft batting style and plays with aggression, all the things you are looking for in a modern T20 player. What impressed him most was Mhatre’s quiet attitude and how well he worked not only in practice but also in the great stage.

Fleming also said that having many shots is one thing, but being able to follow a plan and act in front of some of the best players in the world is what really stood out.

“He has talent. He has a hand-eo coordination. He has a beautiful and silky swing. It is aggressive. Everything we like about a modern T20 player,” Fleming said about Mhatre at the press conference after CSK lost to the Royal Challenge Challenge Bengaluru (RCB) on Saturday night. “But, for me, it is the temperament and be able to execute in a trial and then in the big stage. That is what impresses me the most.

“It is one thing to have many shots, but I can execute that game plan on a great stage in front of some of the world’s biggest players is what I admire.”
