Rohit Sharma achieved a unique feat when India reached the final of the ICC 2025 champion trophy.

The captain of India, Rohit Sharma, achieved a unique milestone when his team defeated Australia in the first semifinal of the ICC 2025 champion trophy on Tuesday. Rohit became the first captain to make the finals of each of the four male CPI tournaments. He had taken India to the clashes of the 2023 World Testing Championship (WTC) and the ODI 2023 World Cup, both that India lost to Australia.

The men in Azul also reached the final of the 2024 T20 World Cup under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma, where they defeated South Africa. And now, the team led by Rohit Sharma has qualified for the Champions 2025 Trophy final, with the Summit clash in Dubai. India will face South Africa or New Zealand in the final.

How India defeated Australia

Hardik Pandya scored 28 24-ball races before being fired in 48. However, India had the victory in view with the score reading 259-6. In the end, Rahul and Ravindra Jadaja sealed the victory of four Indian Wickt.
