After much anticipation, Jasprit Bumrah has ruled out the Talismanic Pacer Jasprit Bumrah of the Champions 2025 trophy, the CPI confirmed through an official press release. The development occurs on the last hour of the day of the deadline (February 11) to make changes in the team.

It was also expected that it appeared in the third hate of the current series of England, but now it is clear that the BCCI does not want to hurry with the health of its Pacero Star.

Bumrah, who has come out with a rear spasm that he felt during the final test of the Bavaskar Trophy (BGT) in Australia, is currently in the NCA for his rehabilitation.

The selectors, on the other hand, have appointed Young Speedster Harshit Rana as a replacement. Rana recently made his debut in Odi against England and has sought in a decent way.

The talented young opener Yashavi Jaiswal, who was appointed in the initial squad for the ICC event unfortunately has failed to make the cut.

Instead, the Indian selectors chose to go with an additional turn option instead of the opener in Varun Chakravarthy, carrying Spinner’s count to five.

The five turning options in the range are: Washington Slándar, Axar Patel, Ravindra Jadeje, Kuldeep Yadav and Varun Chakravarthy

Rohit Sharma (Captain), Shubman Gill (Vice-Capitán), Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (WK), Rishabh Pant (WK), Hardik Pandya, Axar Patel, Axar Patel, Washington Suandar, Kuldeep Yadav, Harashit Canal. Shami, Arshdeep Singh, Ravindra Jadaja, Varun Chakaravarthy.

Non -travelers: Yashavi Jaiswal, Mohammed Siraj and Shivam Dube. The three players will travel to Dubai when necessary.
