Bhennai Super Kings (CSK) had a disappointing campaign in the premier League of the current Indian (IPL 2025), where they finished the background and veteran Spinner Ravichandran Ashwin did not hesitate to admit that it was part of the problem. The 38 -year -old, who was acquired for INR 9.75 million rupees at the auction, was also withdrawn halfway in the season by its poor returns.

Ashwin’s revelation came to a live YouTube when a fan asked him to leave the franchise after his deficient presentations.

A fan wrote in the comments: “Hello dear Ashwin, with a lot of love, please leave my lovely CSK family.”

Ashwin did not let the comment slide and took it easy, promising to become stronger in the next edition.

The former riseta of India replied: “One thing I can interact with is her love for the franchise. We do not make a mistake. When you say something, make sure you are doing it of your best interest. I understand what you are trying to say. I also have the same love and interest. I don’t think I will let this campaign be wasted.”

“I have done a lot of hard work, and there are areas where I can work, which I know very clearly. In the power game, I have given many races. To play in the power game, I have to create more options next year. This is the best thing I can do,” he added.

In the IPL 2025, Ashwin appeared in nine games for CSK, taking seven Wickts to an average of 40.42. With an economy rate of 9.12, its expensive spells were one of the main problems in Chennai bowling.

It remains to be seen if CSK retains Ashwin or releases him before the next season in an attempt to open enough funds.
