
Stuart Broad will help South Africa prepare for the World Testing Championship final (WTC) against Australia.
The former Pacler of England Stuart Broad is ready to join the South Africa male team on June 9 to help players prepare for the final of the 2025 World Testing Championship (WTC) against Australia. South Africa will face Australia in the 2025 WTC final in the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground (LCG) from June 11.
The chief coach of Proteas, Shukri Conrad, recently revealed how Cricket South Africa (CSA) won Stuart Broad as a consultant before the most important final against Australia.
How South Africa assured Stuart Broad as a consultant for a day
“It is more your participation with us,” said Shukri Conrad to Mediapersons on Tuesday. “As the saying goes, do not let the truth get in a good story. And people have gone to the city for the participation of Stuart Broad,” he added.
Conrad continued to say he approached the South Africa Ashwell Prince batter to get in touch with Stuart Broad. Both Prince and Broad played together for Nottinghamshire in 2008. That was the year Broad made his debut at Nottinghamshire. “I approached him through Ashwell [Prince]Because they know each other, ”Conrad continued.

Stuart Broad record against Australia
Against Australia, Stuart Broad finished with 153 WICKETS of 40 tests to an average of 28.96. In general, Broad played 167 tests during his 16 -year career in the longest format and took 604 WICKETS to an average of 27.68.
“He is updated, he has succeeded against Australia, he knows how to play with the nuances that come with the bowling of the respective purposes,” said Shukri Conrad.
South Africa will hope to finish its 27 -year -old Jinx from ICC, since it won the 1998 knockout trophy for the last time when they have defeated Western Indies.
