Interval: 18.10-18.40

The match would be extremely important for Rohit Sharma and his team because they had a great time with the bat the last time they played a pink ball game against the Australian National Cricket Team. They were bowled out for just 36 runs at the Adelaide Oval in 2020 as Australia’s pacers wreaked havoc on India’s batting line-up.
The practice game will be crucial for captain Rohit Sharma and youngster Shubman Gill. Both batsmen missed the first match against the Australian national cricket team which took place at the Optus Stadium in Perth last week.
The visitors started the tour on a high by defeating the Australian National Cricket Team by a huge margin of 295 runs. They were sensational with bat and ball as they made the opposition batsmen and bowlers look clueless throughout the game.
It can be two different matches in one match: Scot Boland on the warm-up match against India
Scot Boland, who has been drafted into Australia’s squad for the second Test in place of Josh Hazlewood, will be part of the Prime Minister’s XI. He spoke about the match and said:
“It can be two different games in one game. Like when you bowl during the day and the sun comes out, it doesn’t do much, and then you get to the night session and the ball starts moving a little bit.”
