Hitting Kkr with turn could be impossible
KKR possibly have the greatest rotating attack for IPL 2025 with Sunil Narine already in its ranks and Varun Chakravarthy reaching its maximum point at the right time. The last Tour of Five Wickt in Rajkot puts Varun with Kuldeep Yadav and Bhuvnehwar Kumar as the only other Bowling players of India men with multiple five combinations in T20IS.
Together with Varun and Narine, KKR also has Moeen Ali and Mayank Markande under his sleeve and could unleash the four bowling players in resistant rotating Wickts. It is a mantra that reaped great success for them in 2024 with Suyash Sharma (now in RCB) being its third turn option at that time.
RCB driven by Liam Livingstone’s return to the form, but concerns remain on Phil Salt
After two games outside the games, Liam Livingstone found his feet in Rajkot, hitting 43 of only 24 balls to lift England from 116/6 to a decent total. Livingstone was particularly hard with Ravi Bishnoi, whom he toned for four six, including three in the four ball space. That said, 30 of the 43 Livingstone races left Bishnoi alone and was not particularly reading Varun Chakravarth better than before in the four balls he faced.
If Livingstone, bought at INR 8.75 million rupees, can find your feet, will be a great relief for RCB, which is already concerned about the shape of the English Phil Salt and Jacob Bethell. Salt was fired for five this game, which makes it its fifth score of a single digit in the last six T20i for England.
Meanwhile, Bethell is still outside the XI after being sick for the second T20i.
Lucknow Super Giants worries about the department of SPINS before IPL 2025
Meanwhile, Lucknow’s super giants, who had a very ordinary IPL 2025 auction, with their selections abroad in particular the approach questions, will be concerned about the form of Ravi Bishnoi. Bishnoi was held for INR 11 million rupees per LSG, but his returns in recent games have not been impressive. Today, he was looted by 46 races in his four overs with a single wickt to show.
While it was economical in the previous two T20is, it was largely an England by product losing wickts frequently at the other end. In the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20, Bishnoi took only seven Wickts in so many games, although it remained on the economic side.

In the T20is against South Africa before that, it was not very effective again with five WICKETS in four games.
With India enjoying the form of Varun Chakravarthy, the low returns of Bishnoi in terms of Wickts have gone quite unnoticed, but LSG cannot afford the same allowed that the leggie was its main spinner for IPL 2025. There were already question signs in Bishnoi’s form last season where he took 10 wicktys in 14 games, while they are made at an economic rate of 8.77.
Manimaran Siddharth and Shahbaz Ahmed are the other prominent turn options in the LSG team.
