The fourth edition of the Saurashra Pro T20 League began as of June 7.
The fourth edition of the Saurashra Pro T20 League has begun today. The Halar Kings and Sraath Lions at Nirajan Sha Stadium in Rajkot have started the tournament at 5 pm isth. The event was initially appointed as the Saurashtra Premier League.
Five teams, representing five different areas of the Saurathra region of Gujarat, will participate in this league. Kutch’s riders are the reigning champions. The tournament is governed by the Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA). Sunrisers Hyderabad Pacer Jaydev Unadkat and Batter Harvik Desai, who was signed by the Mumbai Indians, as a replacement for Vishnu Vinod last year, will appear in this league.
The five teams will face twice in the tournament, in a Round-Robin format. After the conclusion of the League stage on June 18, the two teams that will ensure an end between the two in the points table will qualify for the final. On June 20 they will face the title.
