LSG bought PANT for a huge INR 27 million rupees at the IPL 2025 auction, which makes it the most expensive player in the history of IPL.
Rishabh Pant suffered another hard exit against Delhi Capitals (DC) last night. He was fired in a duck, and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) also lost the game.
Harsha Bhook has expressed concern about Pant’s abysmal form, wondering if everything is fine. He described him as “a man who fights with broadcast”, added that Pant must return to his best time for LSG soon.
“Excellent result for Delhi’s capitals. But a slightly strange game of Lucknow Ipl. Changes in the batting order did not work and the bowling alley was below another quality bowling player. And I wonder if everything is fine with Rishabh. He looks like a man who fights with his broad emiss.
LSG bought PANT for a huge INR 27 million rupees at the IPL 2025 auction, which makes it the most expensive player in the history of IPL. Perhaps it is under price pressure, which will surely happen in an IPL tournament, given the high expectation that the franchises have of their players.
How Rishabh Pant is reducing its possibilities for the return of India
Rishabh Pant is no longer part of India’s T20i plans, which has to do with his actions below the pair in this format for a long time. Pant has been very inconsistent as a mass in the shortest version, and if it continues to act like this, its chances of returning to the Indian team will be further reduced.

There is no confidence in his own skills, and the management of the LSG team has also promoted other batters in front of him, which does not have enough faith in Pant. His performances as a player and captain have gone from bad to worse as the season advanced.
After this IPL season, Pant will remain outside the Indian side for a while in the T20I format. To return in the T20I team, you must make a statement in the IPL producing consistent actions.
