The Mumbai Indians will face the kings of Punjab in the IPL 2025 Qualifier 2.
The Mumbai Indians (MI) arrived at the 225 Classifier of the Premier League of India (IPL) after beating Gujarat Titans for 20 races at the eliminator on Friday. My first hit and scored a large total of 228 for five. Gujarat tried to chase him, but ended with 208 races. With this victory, Mumbai will now face Punjab Kings in qualifier 2 in Ahmedabad on June 1.
Rohit Sharma was the top scorer of me, hitting an excellent 81 of 50 balls with nine four and four six. Jonny Bairstow, playing his first game of the season, made 47 races of only 22 balls. Suryakumar Yadav also played a practical 33, while Tilak Varma scored 25 and Hardik Pandya did not stay in 22.
Jasprit Bumrah was the most effective bowling player for me, giving only 27 races in four overs and taking a wickt. While other bowling players were for some races, the total batting gave them a good cushion.
My played well as a team, and now the big question before the qualifier 2 is whether they will make any change in the XI game or enter with the same winning side.
Will Gleeson drop?
Richard Gleeson played his first game of the season for the Mumbai Indians in the eliminator against the Gujarat Titans. He had an impact by saying goodbye to Sai Sudharsan, who helped me to obtain control of the party. He blocked 3.3 overs, gave 39 races and picked up a wickt.
While playing last time, Gleeson seemed uncomfortable with his right leg. The physio reviewed it, and after delivering three balls, it left the field. Ashwani Kumar completed the remaining deliveries.
It did not seem to be a serious injury and could have been due to the lack of practice of parties. If Gleeson is not completely suitable for qualifier 2, I could seek to bring Reece Topley.
Who will be the impact player for the Mumbai Indians?
In the eliminator, Ashwani Kumar was used as an impact player, and did a good job. He blocked 3.3 overs, gave only 28 races and picked up a wickt. His performance was stable, and played a role in the victory of 20 races of me.
Another strong option is Karn Sharma. It has been impressive this season, taking seven wickts in just five tickets as an impact player. Interestingly, my has lost only a game in which Karn has played. However, since Ashwani played well in the last game, I could continue with him.

Will Hardik Pandya reduce your off?
Hardik Pandya has not launched its full quota of four overs in any game since Mumbai’s Indians played Sunrisers Hyderabad in Wankhede last month. Also in the eliminator, he launched only three overs and granted 37 races.
In the last eight games, Hardik has been doing many races, and in some games, he has launched only one or two OWNS. With other bowling players of me doing a better job and keeping the most tight things, Hardik could play less in qualifier 2.
Will Raj Bawa change for additional pacher?
Raj Bawa played in the Mumbai Indians eliminator as a replacement for Deepak Chahaha, who was out due to an injury. However, my services did not need with Bat or Ball during the game.
If Deepak Chahar is suitable for qualifier 2, it is likely to return to the XI of play instead of Raj Bawa. If not, Bawa could continue on the team for the next game.
Is Suryakumar Yadav lesion serious?
Suryakumar Yadav, who has been a key part of the Mumbai Indians’ batting this season, was seen by the Fisios during and after the eliminator, raising some concern for a possible injury before the important qualifier 2 against PBKs.
However, my chief team coach Mahela Jayawardne cleared the air at the press conference after the game. He explained that it is normal for players to need some bandage or rest after a long season and a difficult schedule. He even joked saying that the players are so committed that they would still play even with one leg if necessary.
“I think these are some ancient souls that have a little bandage, a little time. And I saw the children doing it, some too. We also know that it is a difficult schedule for us, but I think everyone is healthy, everyone is in shape. And they do not care about those small tensions. I have not heard anything about the physios. I am quite sure that even with one leg, these children are injected into the conference of the conference.
Mumbai’s Indians hoped to play XI against PBK in qualifier 2
Rohit Sharma, Jonny Bairsstow (WK), Suryakumar Yadav, Tilak Varma, Hardik Pandya (C), Naman Dhir, Raj Bawa/Deepak Chahaha, Mitchell Santner, Mitchell Santner, Trent Boullet, Jasprit Bumrah, Richarceon, Ashwani Kumar (probably shocking.
