The all-terrain NAT SCIVER-BRUNT has been appointed as the new captain of the Women’s Cricket team in England. Nat Sciver-Brunt will replace Heather Knight, who resigned as captain of England after the 2025 female ashes series. England had suffered a 0-16 forgetable defeat against Australia in the 2024-25 female ash series in Australia.

Nat Sciver-Brunt has appeared regularly for England since he made his international debut in 2013. He has played 12 tests, 115 ODI and 132 T20I for England to date. She has obtained a combined total of 7483 races and has taken 181 Wickts in the three formats.
During his nine -year mandate as captain of the Women’s Cricket team in England, he promoted his team to start the victory in the 2017 Women’s Odi World Cup at home. England beat India for nine races in the final in Lord’s. Five years later, England ended up as runner -up in the Odi World Cup 2022, going to Australia in the final.

Nat Sciver-Brunt is a winner of the ICC Women’s Cricketer of the year, after having won in 2022 and 2023. He also won the PCA Women’s Awards of the year in 2017 and 2022, and was also part of the ODI and T20I teams of the year ICC Women’s Odi and T20i in 2023.

This will not be the first time that Sciver-Brunt will lead England. He had led the team in a T20i against New Zealand in 2021 and was also the captain of England for the Commonwealth 2022 games in Birmingham. England reached the semifinals of that competition where they lost to India.
The first allocation for the permanent pattern of 32 years of England will be a limited series against Western Indies at home in May. The Western Indies will play three T20 and so many hate against England.
