Australia could have won the Border-Gavavar 2024-25 trophy, but the Allrounder Mitchell Marsh had a difficult time during the series. Marsh began the series as the main rapid pitcher of his team and a batter No. 6 designated.

However, he was removed by the final test after disappointing actions in the first four tests. Marsh could not pass the fifty -year brand even once in the first four tests and one of the main reasons behind that was Jasprit Bumrah.

Bumrah was in all Marsh in the series and the latter had no idea how to deal with him. He beat his bat a no. of times and fired it three times in the series. Recently, Marsh revealed a hilarious incident related to Bumrah that had everyone in division.

Jasprit Bumrah, 4, hits Mitchell Marsh

Mitchell Marsh was present at the Australian Cricket 2025 awards that took place on February 3 (Monday). The Allrounder talked about an incident when his nephew threw an action of Jasprit Bumrah. And guess what? Marsh’s nightmare with this action continued.

“Actually, my little nephew Ted is four years old, we play the back of the backyard the other day. He entered with the action (Jasprit) Bumrah, and the nightmare continued (everyone starts laughing)! Marsh said during the prize show according to Fox Cricket.

Mitchell Marsh was asked more about his experience in 2024 for the children of the Degree Cricket, a popular podcast show related to the Cricket, during the awards. Marsh returned with another ingenious response in which he said that Australia played well with 10 players.

“It has been incredible, really … crowned next to the Border-Gavaskar trophy, and the way the children played especially with 10 players, without me. They did very well,” added the Allroinder.

By 10 players, Marsh referred to himself as an out -of -shape player. He was in a bad form throughout the series and was one of the few things that did not follow the path of Australia in this series.

Beau Webster replaced Mitchell Marsh

Mitchell Marsh scored 73 races in seven tickets, hit this series. He averaged only 10.42 with the best of 47. The Allrounder did not contribute much to the ball too. He picked up 3 WICKETS in the series to an average of 46.33.

It was replaced by another Fast Bowling launcher Beau Webster in the final test in Sydney. Webster grabbed its possibilities with both hands and made vital contributions to Australia’s victory in Sydney.

Webster scored better for his team in the first tickets with 57 of 105 balls and then remained undefeated with 39 of 34 balls in the second tickets. While launching an ordered spell in the first tickets, he finally collected his scalp of bachelor proof in the second tickets.
