Punjab Kings (Pbks) faced a heartbreaking defeat for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in the final of the Premier League of the Premier of India (IPL) 2025 on Tuesday in Ahmedabad. It was a limited loss of six races that cost PBK its inauguration IPL trophy. However, two days after the final, Radio Jockey (RJ) Mahvash shared shocking health news about Spinner Yuzvendra Chahal.
What happened to Yuzvendra Chahal?
In an Instagram post shared by the RJ, he wrote about the devastating state in which the bowling player was throughout the season.
In his words, “what people do not know is that their [Chahal’s] The ribs fractured only in the second game, and their bowling finger fractured later. This guy played the whole season with 3 fractures! We have all seen it scream and cry with pain, but we have never seen it surrender! I mean what warrior spirit you have a man. “
Chahal had a disappointing start for the IPL campaign this year. In his first four games, he returned with just one wickt. Playing the second game of the season on April 5 against the Rajasthan Royals (RR), Chahal had no wickt while leaking 32 races in three overs.
Mahvash also recognized the never rotating spirit of the team in the final at the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad. See the full publication here.
