South Africa prepares to unleash two young wonders in Zimbabwe’s tests, squadrons names with 5 new players

South Africa will play two tests against Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe.

South Africa will unleash two young wonders in the next two-game test series against Zimbabwe in Zimbabwe after Dewald Brevis and Lhuan Dre-Pretorius were included in the 16-member team on Friday. Proteas have appointed the team with five new faces, and the others are Lesego Senokwane, Codi Yusuf and Prenelan Subrayen.

Both tests will be played in Bulawayo, but they will not be part of the World Championship of World Tests 2025-27 (WTC) since Zimbabwe is not part of the tournament. The first test will take place from June 28 to July 2, while the second test will begin on July 6.

Before the two tests against Zimbabwe, southern Affriuca is scheduled to block the horns against Australia defenders in the World Championship final of 2025 tests (WTC) in Lord’s. The Summit clash will begin from June 11.
