The Cricket player of the United States of America (USA) Aaron Jones has expressed interest in participating in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Jones caught his attention with his explosive bat in the T20 2024 World Cup, after registering the second highest individual score in the T20 World Cup debut with an undefeated 94* against Canada.

Jones led X (previously Twitter) to reveal his ambitions with a publication that says: “I want to play soon in the IPL.”

He also published a sand watch emoticon in his Mango X, which could involve the countdown to the beginning of something that the 30 -year -old has been waiting for a long time.

Aaron Jones lost a place in the final list of players for the mega auction of IPL 2025, despite their hopes to ensure an IPL contract. The 30 -year -old starter, who has a Barbados passport, recently caught attention after being signed by the Santa Lucía Kings as a local player in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL).

Interestingly, the kings of Santa Lucía are owned by the Punjab kings on the IPL side, feeding the speculation that Jones could still find a path in the tournament.

Although he was not chosen at the Mega auction, rumors suggest that several teams have it in their radar as a potential replacement for IPL 2025. The right -hand batter has further amplified the buzz with its latest publication of viral social networks that makes fans and experts speak.

Speaking about the numbers of Jones, so far he has played 52 Odi and 42 T20is accumulating 1664 and 701 races, respectively. He also has eight wickts in his name at the International Cricket. Jones has also played in 61 T20 and scored 916 races with the highest score of an undefeated 94 and caught 8 scalp.
