18 years of hustle. A trophy. The Royal Challengers Bangalore finally put their hands on the trophy that eluded them for almost two decades. The Champions of the Premier League (IPL) of India obtained the best of Punjab Kings (PBKs) in the final in Ahmedabad to obtain the victory for six races.

Captain Rajat Patidar became the fourth IPL captain to ensure the covers in his first season as a pattern. Hitting 143.77 with only two years fifty in 15 appearances, he was not at his best with the bat. But his captaincy was what stood out in the period prior to the franchise to its single IPL title.

After the victory sealed by RCB, the celebrations took over. The players soaked in emotion and fans dancing in absolute joy. But what caught the lens of some cameras was a respectable gesture towards Virat Kohli of the RCB pattern.

The RCB pattern asked Kohli to be presented and signed the camera, a custom of celebration of the title that is usually made by the captain. While fans questioned why Kohli, instead of Patidar, had signed on the lens, the new footage, filmed by someone from the crowd, has provided more clarity.

Not only won the League, but also burned some records. Those led by Patidar were the only team to remain undefeated in all games away throughout the season.
