The tournament will be held from November 1 to 3 with all matches being played at the Kowloon Cricket Club in Hong Kong. The 12 teams participating in the competition are divided into four different groups.

Group A includes Hong Kong, New Zealand and South Africa, while Group B has three teams named Australia, England and Nepal. Meanwhile, India is placed in Group C with arch-rivals Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates.

Group D, the last of the tournament, is made up of Bangladesh, Oman and Sri Lanka. Each team will play two matches in their group before the quarterfinals.

The top two teams from each group will then play in the quarterfinals, leading the remaining four teams to play in the semifinals. In the end, the two best teams in the tournament will face each other in the last match of the competition.
