The second ongoing 2023 Ashes Test is currently taking place at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. After being even on the first two days of the game, Australia have beaten England on day 3.
The Australian bowlers deployed the short ball tactic and took six English wickets for just 47 runs in the morning session. They outscored the hosts by just 325 runs, taking the 93-run lead. Even after that, they have hit exceptionally well and put the opposition under pressure.

Fortunately, the decision not to take the review did not cost England much, as James Anderson after two overs dismissed Marnus Labuschagne for 30 runs. The veteran pacer threw a short, wide pitch, which the batter attempted to swat out. But unfortunately, he found the fielder on the back point.
