BBL 2023-24: Watch – Josh Inglis makes an absolute scream to dismiss Jordan Silk

During the 2023-24 BBL match between Perth Scorchers and Sydney Sixers, Scorchers goalkeeper Josh Inglis shouted out Jordan Silk. The incident took place in the 19th over of the second off the bowling of Perth Scorchers’ Jason Behrendorff.

During the first ball of the over, Jason Behrendorff bowled a length ball that was angled outside leg stump. Jordan Silk tried to take a quick shot over the midfield region, but ended up beating the ball. The ball went over the goalkeeper’s head into the third man region and Josh Inglis was running after the ball.

In the end, Josh Inglis had to dive to make the catch, which he did, landing in front of third man. The catch was very difficult as he covered a lot of ground and ran backwards to catch the ball. Jordan Silk had to walk backwards for 14 runs off 13 balls.
