The Cricket Control Board in India (BCCI) has begun its search for a new rotating bowling coach at the Bangalore Center of Excellence (COE) after the departure of former coach Sairaj Bahutule. Sairaj Bahutule had left his role to join next to the Premier League of India (IPL) Rajasthan Royals (RR) as his rotating bowling coach.
BCCI invites applications for spinling bowling coach
The BCCI invited Friday at applications for a rotating bowling coach at the COE. “This role is essential for the development and improvement of the performance of the talent of rotating bowling of India in all the formats and age groups, including the senior teams of India (Men & Women), India A, U-23, U-19, U-16, and the U-15 squadrons and the players of the state association in the BCCI COE,” said the secretary of BCCI Devajit Saikia through a Official press release. The rotating bowling coach will directly inform the former Cricket VVS Laxman player, who is the chief of Crick at COE.
“Spin’s bowling coach will work in close collaboration with the main Cricket, BCCI COE, to design and deliver specialized training programs and help in performance monitoring.”

“The role also involves working closely with national and state selectors, coaches, performance analysts and strength and conditioning experts to develop high performance training plans,” the statement added.
Key responsibilities of the rotating bowling coach in COE
The main responsibilities of the ESPÍN bowling coach in the COE will include planning and execution of training sessions for Cricket squads, they will provide individual technical training to the players when necessary and will also work with specialized coaches, support staff and selectors in an attempt to develop young and talented spinners.
The turning bowling coach will also have to guarantee the justice of rehabilitation and ensure that players are completely suitable to participate in competitions. With regard to the qualification, he must be a former player from India or a former first -class Cricket player who has played 75 games. I should also have trained in a high performance center for a minimum period of three years in the last seven years.
