Harbhajan Singh shockingly revealed an incident in which MS Dhoni broke a television in the dressing room. According to him, when Chennai Super Kings (CSK) lost to Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in their last league match, ending their chances of qualifying for the playoffs, MS hit a screen in frustration.

“I was watching from above and saw they were celebrating, (CSK) had lined up to shake their hands. It took them a little while and when RCB was done with their celebration (Dhoni) came back in and hit a screen that appears before reaching the dressing room. Alright; This happens in sports,” Harbhajan said on Sports Yaari.

His statement quickly went viral and was all over the Internet. A calm and collected personality like Dhoni smashing the TV sounded surprising, but Harbhajan was sure of his claims.

Even the post-match affair was strange as MS left without shaking hands with the RCB players, which caught everyone’s attention. Therefore, people immediately believed Harbhajan’s statement, but now a new development has emerged in the same incident.

CSK physio denies any incident of MS breaking screen

CSK physiotherapist Tommy Simsek overruled Harbhajan’s statement and confirmed that MS did not break any screens after the conclusion of the match. He called it “absolute garbage.”

“This is absolute rubbish! MSD didn’t break anything and I’ve never seen him aggressive after any match. Fake news! Simsek said in response to an Instagram post.

It remains to be seen if Harbhajan will come up with something new as his statement created a huge chaos on social media platforms given that the person was MS Dhoni. Dhoni is usually very composed and never loses his cool as he has been a part of several heartbreaking defeats throughout his illustrious cricket career.

Many also believed that this defeat was the end of his IPL career, but Dhoni is likely to return as an uncapped player in IPL 2025, although there is no confirmation from anyone within the group. Fans and viewers would want him to come back and finish his IPL career on a high.
