According to Sports Tak reports, it is learned that if the Pakistan Cricket Board pulls out to host the tournament, India is likely to be the favorite to host the entire tournament.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has denied sending the Indian National Cricket Team to play the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan. This comes after the Indian government did not give a green signal to the team and hence it emerged that the hybrid model has been in discussions.

Reports claimed that the International Cricket Council (ICC) has sought a response from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on holding the Champions Trophy in a hybrid model. However, so far they have not received any response in this regard and are adamant about hosting the entire tournament in Pakistan.
The PCB confirmed on Sunday that it received an email from the ICC about India’s decision. They have asked the world cricket body about the reasons behind the BCCI call and have asked the Indian body about the same, as reports say.
The BCCI will prepare a file mentioning the attacks that occurred there in the last 12-14 months.
The BCCI, however, will write to the ICC and mention that for security reasons they will not travel to Pakistan. The governing body will also be prepared so that there is a dossier in which they will mention that India is concerned about terrorist attacks in Pakistan and cross-border terrorism.
