Ganguly also believes that India will hopefully win the ICC title during the upcoming ODI World Cup in India.
“Yes, yes, always hopeful. At least we qualified for the WTC final, which is also an achievement. And yes, we have a chance. We have good players, many of them. Hopefully, we’ll do it this time,” Ganguly added.
India recently lost ICC WTC final 2023 to Australia in June. Last year, India failed to win the 2022 ICC T20 World Cup by losing the semi-final to England. In early 2021, India faced first-round knockout in the 2021 ICC T20 World Cup.
