Young all-rounder Arjun Tendulkar put in a sensational performance for Goa in the match against Karnataka during the Dr (Capt) K Thimmappiah Memorial Tournament. The son of legendary Sachin Tendulkar put in a match-winning performance for his team and helped them score important points.

Arjun Tendulkar prepared himself quite well for the upcoming domestic season by bowling with all his might against Karnataka in the tournament, which is primarily comprised of Under-19 and Under-23 players. He took nine wickets in the game as Goa registered a massive 189-run win.

Arjun Tendulkar made a huge impact for his team in the first innings. The left-hander put in a superlative effort as he took five wickets and returned with the figures of 5/41 in 13 overs. His effort with the ball saw Karnataka bowled out for just 103 in 36.5 overs.

In response, Goa put in a mammoth effort with the bat. Abhinav Tejrana hit a sensational century with the bat and finished with an innings of 109. Manthan Khutkar also hit a vital half-century, finishing with 69 runs. His effort propelled the team to a total of 413 runs on the board.

Tendulkar made sure to provide another big opportunity for his team in the second innings. He returned with the figures of 4 for 46 in 13.3 overs. Thanks to his efforts with the ball, Goa bowled out the opposition for 121 in 30.4 overs and won the game by a massive margin of 189 runs.

Arjun Tendulkar has played 13 first-class matches, picking 21 wickets.

Tendulkar has been working hard in the domestic season for the past few years. The left-handed fast bowler has played 49 competitive matches across three formats at the top level and has performed well with the ball, taking 68 wickets with the ball.

Tendulkar has also played 13 first-class matches and has taken 21 wickets. Sachin Tendulkar’s son has also been decent with the bat as he scored crucial runs for his team while batting in the batting order. He also moved to Goa due to lack of opportunities in the team.

Apart from the domestic circuit, Arjun Tendulkar has also featured in the Indian Premier League. The left-handed player has played for Mumbai Indians in the league. He has been with the franchise for a long time but did not get many opportunities for the team due to the combination of teams.

But in the limited opportunities that Tendulkar has gotten, he has not lived up to expectations. The all-rounder played 4 matches for the team in the 2023 Indian Premier League (IPL) and took 3 wickets in the season. He then played one match in 2024 and did not take a single wicket.
