On Saturday, September 14, Netflix released the trailer for the second season of The Great Indian Kapil Show. The Great Indian Kapil Show is back with more humour, style and stars as the show promises big things after the huge success of its first season.
This season will be a grand celebration of Indian culture with some truly amazing guests from the world of Hindi and Telegu film industry as well as some of the biggest names in the world of cricket.
The trailer for the second season of Kapil’s show has already created a stir as it gives a sneak peek of the star-studded guest list. Big names like Bollywood diva Alia Bhatt, Team India’s ODI and Test captain Rohit Sharma, T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav, Telugu star NTR Jr., Karan Johar, Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor are lining up to join the fun ride.

Apart from Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar, Indian all-rounders Axar Patel, Shivam Dube and star speedster Arshdeep Singh will also be seen in one of the episodes of the second season of The Great Indian Kapil Show. During the promo, the show’s host Kapil can be seen joking with Rohit Sharma that his show brings good luck to the team as they have won the 2024 T20 World Cup.
The winners of the 2024 T20 World Cup are also expected to indulge in some fun activities like blindfold games. Indian players are also seen dancing and having fun in the promo. The second season is set to offer fans plenty of entertainment with many unforgettable moments of comedy and stardom, featuring the stars of cricket and the world of entertainment.

It is noteworthy that Rohit and Axar Patel are currently preparing for the upcoming two-match Test series against Bangladesh at home. This series is scheduled to begin on September 19 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai and the final Test is scheduled in Kanpur from September 27.
