KL Rahul has proven to be India’s crisis man in the ongoing Test. When it looked like the visitors were down and dusted, the wicketkeeper-batsman stood tall for his team and took a big step forward. Batting for the first time in the middle order in Tests, he made sure to set the stage on fire.

KL Rahul came in to bat when India were reeling at 92/4 and were soon at 105/5. The wicketkeeper-batsman understood the situation quite well and made sure to put pressure on the South African team again. It was a perfect example of a male show, as it would surely have been his best entries in the test.

KL Rahul batted superbly well with the tailenders and showed quality stroke play. He showed great discipline and also made sure to punish bad balls. The wicketkeeper-batsman played a sensational ton and helped India get into a comfortable position.

KL Rahul got his century off 133 balls with a big six. The wicketkeeper-batsman realized the need of the hour and ensured that India got some crucial runs on the board. His sensational innings propelled India past 240 runs, which at one point seemed impossible.

KL Rahul hit 14 fours and 4 sixes in his innings and finished with 101 runs. His stupendous hitting has surely given the players something to fight with. The wicketkeeper-batsman ensured that India got as many runs as possible and kept the fight going in Centurion. This was his seventh century abroad and eighth overall.
