India is doing a great job with the ball in the second innings. The fast bowlers have kept the intensity high and put pressure on the batsmen. They are making sure not to let the batsmen settle down in what have been difficult conditions.
Amid all the seriousness of the match, Virat Kohli managed to grab the headlines. The first batsman was seen shaking his leg and entertaining the crowd. After the end of the 17th over, the batsman seemed in good spirits.

Coming into the match, after registering a total of 245 runs on the board. The Indian bowlers have got it right and are troubling the batsmen a lot. Mohammed Siraj drew first blood for his team and removed the in-form Aiden Markam for a low total.
The start of the second session went in India’s favor when Jasprit Bumrah removed Tony de Zorzi (28) and followed it up with the wicket of Keegan Petersen (2). The Proteas lost three wickets for just 113 runs and under pressure.

Virat Kohli’s innings provided the much-needed boost to the team after losing the early knocks. He finished with 38 runs off 64 balls with the help of 5 boundaries. His innings were praised by many around the world and, even though he did not play the format for a while, he seemed calm.
After his wicket, KL Rahul took the responsibility and closed a sensational century in a difficult situation. He finished with 101 runs and ensured that India posted around 245 runs on the board. His innings came when the team lost five wickets in 110 runs.
This was KL Rahul’s seventh ton in overseas conditions, his eighth in total. The wicketkeeper-batsman made sure to set the stage on fire in his first outing as a wicketkeeper in the longest format of the match. He made his century off 133 balls with a big six.
