The dynamic batter of India, Sarfaraz Khan, was recently appointed in India a squad for the tour of England. India will play two first -class games against the Lions of England in Canterbury and Northampton and then a final match against the Senior team of India before the test series of five high profile games against the three Kickstarts of the Lions of June 20.
Before the tour, Sarfaraz Khan leaves no stones without moving in his preparations. The 27 -year -old has lost 10 kilos and is in a strict vegetable and chicken diet plan boiled to get shape, according to a report by India Today.
In addition to his diet, Sarfaraz is also practicing twice a day, focused on improving his discipline out of stump, which is key to success in England’s balance conditions.

Sarafaz Khan had made his debut during the England test series at home at the beginning of last year, but does not yet have a limit in a test abroad.
