After winning the first two matches, Team India will look to outdo Sri Lanka in the third match as well. The third T20I of 2024 between India and Sri Lanka will be held on Tuesday, July 30. Suryakumar Yadav is the captain of India in the T20I series between IND and SL.

India won the first T20I by 43 runs and the second T20I by 7 wickets. They completely dominated the home team in the first two games. Ahead of their upcoming match, below we look at the prediction of India playing 11 for the match.

Yashasvi Jaiswal will take the opener’s spot in the team. The left-handed batsman hit 40 and 30 knocks in both games of the series.

Sanju Samson

Sanju Samson might be the other opener for the team in the next game. The right-handed batsman failed to score runs in the last game and was out for a duck. Gill might miss the next game and Samson will open the team once again.

Suryakumar Yadav (C)

Suryakumar Yadav is the captain of India in the IND vs SL T20I series and will lead the team in the upcoming match. The right-handed batsman hit impressive knocks of 58 and 26 in both games.

Rishabh (WK) Trousers

Rishabh Pant will also play the role of wicketkeeper in the upcoming match. The left-handed batsman smashed his 49-33 in the opening match and added 2 unbeaten knocks in the last match.

Hardik Pandya has been outstanding in the series so far, contributing with both bat and ball. The right-handed batsman scored an unbeaten 22 runs off 9 balls in the last match and also took 2 wickets.

Riyan Parag

Riyan Parag has not had a chance to show his power with the bat but he surprised everyone with his 3-wicket haul in the opening game. He will get another chance in the next match.

Dube of Shivam

Team India might pick Shivam Dube for the next match as a replacement for Rinku Singh. As India has already won the series, they might give opportunities to Dube as he was on the bench in both matches.
