IPL most centuries: Scoring a century in the game’s T20 format has to be one of the toughest jobs in the game of cricket. With only 120 balls to play, players must come up with something truly special to score a century in the game’s shortest format. And while scoring a T20 century is definitely difficult, today’s batsmen have managed to do it on a regular basis.
Speaking of IPL, the tournament has been lucky to witness players scoring centuries on a regular basis. In 2008, the tournament got off to an impressive start when Brendon McCullum played a stroke of 158 against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first game of the IPL. A total of 6 centuries were scored in the inaugural season.

England star Jos Buttler sits third on the IPL list with the most centuries with five centuries to his name, followed by David Warner, Shane Watson and KL Rahul who each have four centuries. Kohli holds the record for scoring the most centuries in a single season: 4.
