The former captain of me has struggled to start so far in the IPL 2025.
The former Captain of the Indians of Mumbai (MI), Rohit Sharma, has fought to start up in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025). In the two games against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Gujarat Titans (GT), Rohit achieved four ball duck scores and eight of four balls respectively.
The paid murderer, announced by his explosive batting in the upper part of me, has almost looked like a pale shadow of his former self.
Echoing the same line, the former Crickt player of India turned into an analyst Sanjay Manjrekar said that Rohit is in a stage of his career in which he has to “strive every morning.”
Manjrekar said in Jiostar: “Rohit Sharma is clearly going through a phase. It is not the Rohit Sharma of, say, three or four years ago. He is on the stage of his career in which he has to strive every morning, train strongly and be at his best moment, because things slide through him. It still depends on his natural talents and instincts.”

Rohit Sharma has been fighting the shape for some time
In addition to the IPL, Rohit Sharma has also faced a challenging phase in the International Cricket. His proof actions, particularly from the Bangladesh tour of India in September 2024, have been disappointing, with a higher score of only 52, his only more than fifty tickets during this period while averaging 10.93.
However, he played a crucial role in the victory of Champions Trophy 2025 of India, constantly providing aggressive beginnings at the top of the order. While the dynamic right did not make many great scores, their 76 in the final against New Zealand was his only fifty tournament.
Meanwhile, my has had a disappointing start of the season, losing its two initial games. After a close defeat of four wickt against CSK, they suffered a 36 -run defeat against GT, without pursuing a 197 target in a slow release. Therefore, for me to reveal their fortunes again, they will definitely need Rohit to start shooting at the top and begin those beginnings.
