Look: "Bhen***d soye hai sab log":Rohit Sharma scolds his teammates for their relaxed attitude

Rohit Sharma keeps his teammates on their toes on the field in his own way. Known for his sense of humour, the Indian captain often resorts to swear words to scold his teammates when they behave informally on the field.

Earlier this year, Rohit had left the cricket fraternity divided with his iconic ‘garden mein ghumne wala’ comment. He had come up with the comment during the five-match Test series against England at home this year.

The veteran batsman reprimanded his fielders for their relaxed attitude during the second Test in Vizag and warned them to be mindful of their own style.

After India won the five-match series, Rohit also posted a picture with the youngsters of the team and captioned the image: “Garden mein ghumne wale bande.”

On Friday (September 20), Rohit Sharma once again scolded his teammates for their lax attitude during the first Test match between India and Bangladesh in Chennai. Rohit was caught on hidden microphone swearing once again while attacking his teammates.

“You guys are sleeping all the time,” Rohit said.

While Rohit was not too happy with his teammates’ attitude on one occasion, his teammates performed very well with the ball. Led by Jasprit Bumrah’s brilliant four-wicket haul, India bowled out Bangladesh for just 149 runs. Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep and Ravindra Jadeja picked up two wickets each. For Bangladesh, Shakib Al Hasan (32) top-scored.

In reply, India ended the second day on 81 for 3 and their overall lead extended to 308 runs. Shubman Gill (33) and Rishabh Pant (12) were unbeaten at the crease. Earlier in the innings, Rohit Sharma (5), Yashasvi Jaiswal (10) and Virat Kohli (17) failed to get going.

In the first innings, Team India recovered from 144/6 to post a competitive total of 376 runs. After most of the batsmen failed to impress, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja bailed the team out of trouble. They shared a 199-run stand for the seventh wicket. Ashwin scored 113 runs while Jadeja was out for 86 runs. For Bangladesh, Hasan Mahmud picked up 5 wickets while Taskin Ahmed claimed three wickets.
