LSG vs CSK: catch of the tournament! Watch – Ravindra Jadeja stuns teammates by taking on an absolute blinder

Ravindra Jadeja, on Friday (April 19), took an absolute blind to end KL Rahul’s excellent knock during the game between Lucknow Super Giants and Chennai Super Kings in Lucknow.

After CSK set LSG a target of 177 runs, KL Rahul led his team from the front as he led their charge with the bat. He and Quinton de Kock put LSG in the driving seat adding 134 runs for the first wicket. Mustafizur Rahman broke the stand by dismissing Quinton de Kock in the 15th over.

The South African star departed after scoring 54 runs off 43 balls with the help of five fours and a six. Rahul, on the other hand, had completed his fifty off 31 deliveries in the 11th over and looked set to lead his team to a resounding victory.

However, the LSG captain could not stay till the end as a stunning catch by Ravindra Jadeja ended his knock in the 18th over with his team still needing 16 runs to win the game. It was a short wide delivery from Pathirana and Rahul tried hard to achieve it. He made a good connection with the ball, hitting it towards the points.

The ball seemed destined to fly past Ravindra Jadeja. However, the CSK star once again proved why he is considered one of the best defenders in the world by making an absolute decision. Ravindra Jadeja dived to his left and caught the ball with his left hand, leaving his captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and Rahul stunned.
