In his only second international match, Reddy was honored with the Man of the Match award for his remarkable display with bat and ball in the second game of the ongoing three-match T20I series against Bangladesh.

The right-handed batsman played a marvelous knock of 74 runs off just 34 balls, hitting Bangladesh bowlers all over the ground for four boundaries and six maximums in Delhi. His runs had an astonishing strike rate of almost 218.
He also put together a winning partnership of 108 runs for the fourth wicket to take India to a formidable total of 221/9 on the board against the Bangladesh cricket team at the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
Defending the intimidating target, Reddy also contributed with the ball in the second T20I. The young pacer had a memorable outing with the ball as he finished with brilliant figures of 2/23 in his four overs to help Indian team restrict Bangladesh to 135/9 to win the game by 86 runs in Delhi.
With this dominant victory in the second T20I, the Men in Blue clinched the ongoing three-match T20I series by taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the home series against Bangladesh, with the last match scheduled for October 12 at the Rajiv Gandhi International. Cricket stadium in Hyderabad.
