PAK vs ENG: Watch: Shadab Khan defeats Virat Kohli and gives an aggressive and abusive send-off to Muhammad Hurraira

Pakistan cricketer Shadab Khan put in a good performance with bat and ball in the match between Panthers and Dolphins in the Champions Cup. The third match of the tournament between the teams was held at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad on Saturday (September 14).

Shadab Khan, who is the captain of the Panthers in the ongoing Champions Cup, put in an extraordinary effort for his team against the Dolphins. He performed in a big way for his team and helped them register a big win over the opponent and score important points at the start of the tournament.

Shadab Khan, who is mostly known for his calm nature, also lost his cool during the game. This happened when the leg-spinner took the wicket of Dolphins opener Muhammad Hurraira, who seemed to be in good touch and was batting with complete control.

Chasing the target of 328 runs, Muhammad Hurraira and Sahibzada Farhan got the Dolphins off to a flying start. The way they batted, it looked like they would take the game away from the opposition. But Panthers captain Shadab Khan got his team back into the game.

Shadab, in the 13th over of the innings, bowled a ball that Muhammad Hurraira caught on the track. The right-hander tried to hit the ball out of the park but failed to connect properly and Mohammad Hasnain caught it at the deep end.

But what caught the attention of many was Shadab’s reaction after dismissing Muhammad Hurraira. The leg-spinner became extremely nervous and gave the batsman an aggressive dismissal and attacked him directly in the face.

This was because Muhammad Hurraira left Shadab with nothing early in the innings. The right-hander hit the bowlers for two boundaries and then attempted another. But the Panthers captain took revenge for his perfection and removed the opening batsman to get his team back into the game.

Muhammad Hurraira finished with an innings of 39 runs off 29 balls. He looked in good control and also hit 3 boundaries and 3 sixes in his innings. The right-hander also added 68 runs for the opening partnership with Sahibzada Farhan, who scored 52 runs.

Shadab Khan took one wicket in the game and gave away 60 runs. But the best of all came with the bat as he played a magnificent innings for his team. The captain finished with 65 runs in 45 balls with 5 fours and 2 sixes. His vital hand propelled the Panthers to a total of 328 runs.

With the ball, Mohammad Hasnain took five wickets while Usama Mir and Mubashir Khan contributed two wickets each. The Panthers routed the Dolphins by 278 runs and won the game by a margin of 50 runs.
