Pat Cummins and Glenn Maxwell

Australia national cricket team players Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, Usman Khawaja, Mitchell Marsh and Marnus Labuschagne underwent a lie detector test ahead of the team’s white-ball tour of the UK. They revealed some of the secrets of their teammates, including Glenn Maxwell.

Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, Usman Khawaja, Mitchell Marsh and Marnus Labuschagne were the targets of some of the most burning questions about their lives and cricket. They also revealed the most personal, controversial and hidden details about themselves and their teammates on Fox’s Fletch and Hindy.

The rules of the game were simple: for every true answer, the blue light would sound and players would receive an electric shock if the answer was not true. The first set of questions was quite simple and had no complicated questions as the players answered easily..

Australian Test captain Pat Cummins was asked to state his name, while teammate Josh Hazlewood was asked if he had a middle name, to which he replied “Reggie”. He was also asked if his real name was Joshua or not. Marnus Labuschagne was asked to state his surname.

Labuschagne came up with a royal pronunciation and created ‘chagne’, downplaying the term ‘Labu’shane’ as it is called by most cricket experts and fans around the world.

Pat Cummins calls Bazball nonsense

The second set of rapid-fire questions during the lie detector test were spicy questions for the Australian players. Test captain Pat Cummins was asked if he thought “Bazball” was nonsense. In response to this, the fast bowler said, “It is.” Pat Cummins also remained silent when asked if former cricketers should become commentators.

Travis Head, who won the Man of the Match award in the 2023 World Cup final, was asked about his party scenes after winning the tournament. He was asked: “Travis, do you like to party?” Responding to this he said, “Yes.”

Then he was asked: “Did you drink more than five beers after winning the World Cup? More than ten?” More than 25?.” The Australian opener then replied “no”. However, it was not the correct answer as the batsman received an electric shock.

Usman Khawaja also got an electric shock when he was asked, “Is the current Australian team in a better environment without David Warner?” He replied “no”, which was not true.

The final set of questions revealed the secret about Glenn Maxwell. The Australian all-rounder has been in the news on several occasions due to his “alcohol-related off-field antics”.He was recently hospitalized during Australia’s series against West Indies.

Marnus Labuschagne was asked about Glenn Maxwell’s bizarre golf cart accident during the 2023 World Cup. He fell off the cart and was then ruled out of the next game. The batsman was asked if it was a cover-up for something suspicious, to which he replied, “No, I saw him fall off the cart.” But he was in for a surprise.
