Varun when abandoned from the Indian team

After that, for three years, I was not selected. So, I think the return to the team was more difficult than the road to my debut, “said Crickt Tamil Nadu player during an episode of a YouTube program presented by the presenter Gobinath.
Varun revealed that he was almost desperate in a moment, but his fortune gradually changed.
“I had to change a lot about me (after 2021). I had to change my daily routine, practice. Previously, I used to practice 50 balls in a session, I doubled. Without even knowing if the selectors would remind me, it was difficult. After the third year, I thought everything was gone. We won the IPL and then I received the call, I was very happy after that.
“I can’t believe that all good things are happening at once. I want to take it to the next level. I have faced setbacks, and I know how bad criticisms can be, ”he added.
When Varun received people’s threats
Varun recalled having received threat calls where people urged him not to return to India. “After the 2021 World Cup, I received threat calls. “Do not come to India. I can understand that fans are emotional.
“But when I look back in those things and the praise I receive now, I am happy,” he explained more.
