The star batter of the Western Indies, Nicholas Pooran, came out of all the weapons burning against his former Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) franchise. He scored a 70 races ampouler in just 26 balls at an amazing attack rate of 269.23. His fierce coup included six six and so many limits for Power Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) to obtain an inaugural victory of India Premier League (IPL) 2025.

The former Bowling player Bengaluru Wayne Parnell, of the former real challenge, was amazed by witnessing this brilliant performance by Pooran. He arrived at the Microblogging X (previously Twitter) platform to express his reaction and praise the LSG star for his excellent power game.

“Nicholas Pooran is a joke,” wrote the proteas player.

Previously, the Windies star obtained 75 races against the capitals of Delhi (DC) at an amazing 250 attack rate during the first IPL game of LSG this season. However, the Heroic 66 Not-Out (of 31 balls) of Ashutosh Sharma snatched the victory of the jaws of defeat.

Regardless of the results, LSG has achieved two major scores in two of its IPL 2025 games so far. They noted a gigantic 209 races in the first game that Faces DC, followed by 190 against SRH. But the form of his newly recruited captain Rishabh Pant has contrasted with the total team.

After the launch of DC, its former franchise, LSG bought PANT services for a huge price of INR 27 million rupees. This also made him the best paid player in the history of IPL.

But the 26 -year -old has not lived up to expectations in the first two games of this 18th edition. After a six ball duck in his debut at LSG, he left for a run-to-box 15 against men in orange. Although LSG won a victory, the form of inferior to the Pant torque will be under scrutiny.

The LSG led by pants will face the kings of Punjab led by Shreyas Iyer at the Ekana Cricket Stadium in Lucknow, on April 1.
