Kuldeep Yadav and Glenn Maxwell

India wrist spinner Kuldeep Yadav has brought his team back into the game in the ongoing match against Australia in the T20 World Cup 2024. The match between the two teams is underway at the Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.

Australia is right on track in the chase of 206 runs. They have been batting extremely well and have put India under tremendous pressure. Captain Mitchell Marsh (37) along with Travis Head started brutally and played sensational shots all over the park.

After Mitchell Marsh retired, it looked like India were going to slow down, but that was not to be, as Glenn Maxwell came out swinging. The all-rounder played some magnificent shots all over the field.

But it was Kuldeep Yadav who made sure his team got back into the game. The wrist spinners produced a marvelous delivery that Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell had no idea about and had to make the long walk back to the pavilion.

On the first ball of the 14th over, Kuldeep Yadav bowled a crazy full toss, which Glenn Maxwell walked across the wicket for a fine effort through the line. He swung in the air and completely missed the ball to watch his stumps break.

Glenn Maxwell retired too soon and showed his cards too soon. When Kuldeep Yadav saw him coming for a big shot, the wrist spinner adjusted accordingly and edged the batsman to remove him after getting off to a brutal start with the bat.
