Former Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) player Tim Seifert, scored a surprising 97* blow in just 38 balls at an amazing attack rate of 255.26 in the final T20I of the series of five games against Pakistan. After winning the raffle in Wellington, New Zealand restricted Pakistan to 128/9 after the end of 20 overs. In addition to the 51 of Captain Salman Ali Agha and the 28 of Shadab Khan, no other mass could contribute significantly in the entrances. James Nisham hit the batters at regular intervals, as he claimed five for the game.
While chasing a low total, the BlackCaps had a start of the tickets. Finn Allen and Tim Seifert’s pair obtained 92 executions at the PowerPlay. Sufiyan Muqeem was the only bowling player who was not brutally beaten by these batters. He claimed two WICKETS in two overs at a brilliant economy rate of 3.00.
However, Seifert hit Shadab four in general in the last to finish things for his team. This gigantic victory over Pakistan for eight WICKETS with ten remaining overs assured the T20I series in favor of the Kiwis with a score of 4-1.

Tim Seifert has been in a purple patch since the beginning of the series. The series player played each game with a fierce intention. His scores in the series include 44 (29), 45 (22), 19 (9) and 44 (22), followed by 97*(38) in the final game.
In the presentation after the game, he said that his approach was to play aggressively and is delighted to be worth it. He also acknowledged having a little luck from the beginning, since a few shots came out of the bat, which established the pattern for his entries.
This Seifert whirlwind puts it in dispute for the 2026 T20 World Cup. The Mega ICC event is scheduled for February 10 to March 8 and will be organized jointly by India and Sri Lanka.
