The former Indian opener asks the scrapping of the Lord Honor Board after the antimilestone posture of Ben Stokes in Eng vs Ind 4th Test

England is leading the series of five 2-1 games with a remaining test.

The former starter of India, Aakash Chopra, urged the tear of the Lord’s Honor Board after England captain Ben Stokes showed an antimilestone posture towards individual milestones during the Manchester test of the Anderson-Tendulkar trophy test.

India had his moments in both evidence, but could not gain decisive situations despite the leading the session lists. The four tests of the series have ended on the last day.

With a remaining hour until the end of the 5th, when both batters, Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar, were in their 80 years, the captain of England asked to draw the game. But the Indian batters did not accept their application before completing their hundreds. The Indian couple’s decision bothered some at the England camp, including former batter Jonathan Trott. He witnessed an achadowed exchange in the field caused by Ben Stokes with Jadeja, which led to the sled of the English players.

The controversy has received a new turn. In a video posted on its YouTube channel, Chopra has questioned whether England’s old tradition of honoring individual milestones is in itself a contradiction. He suggested that if individual milestones like hundreds and five for the five do not matter anymore, maybe England should eliminate their honor boards completely.

“If you believe that these milestones make no sense, they eliminate honor boards. Doesn’t it make sense that you celebrate so much? It is not written in the Board of Honors if one hundred in a winning or lost cause or in the mandatory overvalists,” he said.

Chopra questioned why the captain of England is denying the personal reference points of Jadeja and Slundar, especially when such milestones are celebrated by the English Cricket.

Both Indian batters achieved their hundreds before drawing the curtains shaking hands with England. Jadeja remained undefeated in 107 of 185 balls, while Losco did not remain at 101 of 206 deliveries. His 203 racing stand proved to be fundamental in one of the best escapes in India in the trial cricket to avoid defeat and keep the series alive. In particular, India developed almost five sessions and 143 races in their second tickets.

England is leading the series of five 2-1 games with a remaining test. The fourth test at Old Trafford resulted in a draw, with only 2.5 tickets plays for five days. The series will be decided in the fifth and final test, which will be played in the Oval as of July 31.
