The former coach of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) Mike Hesson has been named the new white ball coach for the Pakistan team. The Kiwi, who will take over the T20I and ODI team, will begin at a position after the end of the Super League of Pakistan (PSL 2025), as of May 26.
Speaking after development, the president of PCB, Mohsin Naqvi said:
“I am pleased to announce the appointment of the former Cricket player in New Zealand and the renowned coach Mike Hesson as the chief coach of the white ball of the Pakistan male team.
“Mike brings with him a lot of international experience and a proven history of developing competitive sides. We expect his experience and leadership in the configuration of the future of Pakistan’s White Ball Cricket. Welcome to the team, Mike!”
