Virat Kohli and Shakib Al Hasan fail to perform well in their first Test
In terms of performances, both Virat Kohli and Shakib Al Hasan did not have the kind of game they would have wanted. The Indian batsman struggled to get going with the bat in both innings and failed to live up to the expectations that had been created.
Virat Kohli scored 6 runs in the first innings and then failed to make a bigger impact in the second innings. He was caught lbw by Mehidy Hasan Miraz when he was back in the hut for 17 runs and made a huge mistake by not taking the DRS.
