England captain Ben Stokes had a disappointing outing with the bat in the second innings of the third and final Test match against Pakistan in Rawalpindi. Ben Stokes continued his poor run in the ongoing Test series when he was dismissed leg before wicket (LBW) after leaving a straight ball on the third day.

Ben Stokes was dismissed in the 22nd over of England’s second innings during the Test. Noman Ali bowled a full pitch that reached the left-handed batsman. Stokes decided to leave the ball, which hit his pads in front of the stumps. Referee Chris Gaffaney ruled Stokes LBW, leaving England at 70/5.

England won the first Test by an innings and 47 runs. Pakistan made a strong comeback by achieving a victory by 152 runs. They ended a streak of 11 Tests without a win (seven losses and four draws). Pakistan are on the verge of claiming their first Test victory since beating South Africa in the 2020-21 season.
