Charith Asalanka, who put Indian batsmen in trouble in the first ODI, has been doing the same in the current game. He dealt a major blow to the Indian National Cricket Team by removing Axar Patel, who was batting very well and keeping his team in the contest.
On the first ball of the 34th over, Charith Asalanka bowled a length ball from the wicket. The ball stayed on the pitch as Axar Patel was hitting off the back foot, but he was at the start of his shot and could not keep the ball down, leading to his downfall in the game.
