Watch: Mohammed Siraj-Marnus Labuschagne trade body blows in Perth test

Indian National Cricket Team pacer Mohammed Siraj and Australia National Cricket Team batsman Marnus Labuschagne shared a heated moment with each other during the ongoing first Test. The match between the two teams will take place at the Optus Stadium in Perth.

The Indian national cricket team players have been breathing fire with the ball in the ongoing first Test against the Australian national cricket team. In the midst of all this, Marnus Labuschagne tries to keep his team strong and fights hard in difficult conditions.

Marnus Labuschagne was on the receiving end of some tough bowling by the Indian pacers.

Australia No 3 Marnus Labuschagne was on the receiving end of some tough bowling from the Indian pacers. The batsman has also notably faced Mohammed Siraj and young debutant Harshit Rana.

While Marnus Labuschagne exchanged glances, he was engaged in a conflict with Mohammed Siraj. On the third ball of the 13th over, the fast bowler bowled a short delivery nibbling inside and hitting the thigh pad.

The ball was approaching the stump and Mohammed Siraj, in his follow-up, wanted to pick up the ball and was afraid of the stumps. But Marnus Labuschagne pushed the ball with his bat in an attempt to prevent it from hitting the stumps.

This did not please Siraj as Marnus Labuschagne was not exactly in the box and he wanted to kick him into the stumps. The pacer then even complained to the referee about the same before the two players also exchanged a few words.

Mohammed Siraj takes revenge and sends Marnus Labuschagne packing his bags

Siraj, who didn’t look colorful in his initial spell, regained his rhythm after that incident with Marnus Labuschagne. The fast bowler removed Mitchell Marsh and found the outside edge of his bat as KL Rahul took a stunning low catch in the slips.

Siraj, however, took revenge and fired Marnus Labuschagne. The pacer bowled a full ball that went just wide. The ball slid to hit the bag when the batter was hit after he attempted to make the move.

Siraj produced some great movement at the seam as the batsman was draped over the pads. The right-hander struggled to get going and finished the innings with 2 off 52 balls. With his wicket, the Australian national cricket team lost its sixth wicket in 47 runs.

Jasprit Bumrah has been the star bowler for the Indian national cricket team in the current innings. The pacer picked four wickets, while Mohammed Siraj, who picked two wickets, and Harshit Rana, who has a scalp, supported him well.
