Thanks to their vital fifty, the Boys in Blue registered a total of 259 runs on the board. For Pakistan, Mohammad Zeeshan was the pick of the bowlers as he bagged four wickets and returned with figures of 4/46. Apart from him, Amir Hassan and Ubaid Shah picked two wickets each.

With the ball, India struck early as they dismissed Shamyl Hussain for just 8 runs. Murugan Abhishek struck for his team when the Pakistan batsman was caught by Adarsh ​​Singh.
